Terri is at home and left with gag instructions. The first instruction is to stuff her mouth and put a piece of Tegaderm on top of it to keep it in. She gag talks a bit with the gag. Now she puts on a COVID mask and continues talking through her gag. After a while she takes off the mask and shows it off. She then pulls the mask back over her mouth and resumes talking through her gag. It's a strange sight, to see someone talking through their gag with a COVID mask on, but it's also impressive how she manages to make herself heard despite the circumstances. Now it's time for the second instruction left for her. She has to stuff her mouth and tightly wrap Microfoam tape around her head to keep it in. She carefully takes the tape and winds it around her head several times, making sure that it is tightly wound and that the tape is firmly in place. She puts on her covid mask again and continues talking through the gag. The tape slowly begins to squish her cheeks and lips, muffling her voice and making it difficult to understand her. After enough MMMMPPPPHING she takes the mask and gag off. Now it's time for her final instructions. She has to put 3 pieces of duct tape on her mouth and talk through it to test out what is the most effective. She talks a bit with the mask on again as well. She notices that speaking with the mask on is more difficult, but it also allows her to be heard better than without the mask. She also finds that the three pieces of duct tape are the most effective at blocking out her voice and making her speech difficult to understand. Now it's time for a combination of 3 layers to keep herself effectively quiet. She applies a piece of Tegaderm / 3 strips of duct tape with a piece of Microfoam tape on top of it. She tries to speak a bit through it to test it out. She was pleased with the results as she could barely make out her voice through the layers. She had achieved a level of silence her instruction giver was hoping for. Terri puts on the COVID mask again and walks out to do some shopping.
