When she is fully tied it's time for Fero's henchman to leave and give Luna one chance to come up with the right answers. She keeps denying and Fero decides that it's time for the next phase. He calls Jeff to apply a gag to Luna so she can overthing her decision to not tell anything in relatively silence.
